Well I just stopped by the Cougars Front Office to pick up my Rings. There are no words to describe my feelings. Best Ring Ever. Plus I have never been involved in something where the actual product turns out better than the final design and yours did just that and more! Usually the final product is never as good as what the final design looked like yet your final product is even better. Those pendants are the nicest ever made!! Did I mention the Challenge Coins. Super nice weight better quality than I was expecting!!!! If you or SR even need an endorsement or testimonial I am your man. On a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the highest I am at a 25 right now. ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING!!!!!!

I am writing this to highlight the outstanding customer service that my school and athletes received from Philip Davanzo and Southern Recognition, Inc. When Philip reached out to me regarding ordering our Texas State Cross-Country championship ring, he told me that he wanted to hear and work with our student athletes to learn their story and that is exactly what he did. We set up a zoom meeting convenient for everyone and discussed what our ring would look like. He guided us with the questions he asked to make our rings truly unique to our situation. Once a design was chosen, Philip had his team put our requests together and send us a mockup of the end-product. Our athletes and I approved of the rendition, and production began the next day. Southern Recognition was able to get our rings to us in about 11 weeks. We were able to have a “ring” ceremony to present the rings to our athletes, the day before our Spring break. This was a little earlier than we expected to receive them, but Southern Recognition worked with us to ship our rings in time to have our ceremony earlier than anticipated. I really appreciate the quality workmanship and customer support that we received from Southern Recognition and Philip Davanzo. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a championship ring.
