If your ring, pendant, or watch has been stolen, the first thing you should do is file an official police report with your local law enforcement. This step is essential, both for the investigation and for moving forward with your replacement request.

Once you have your police report, reach out to us at Support@SouthernRecognition.com. In your message, please include your name and contact information, your original order details if you have them, a copy of the police report, and a brief description of the stolen item. Having this information ready helps us move quickly to start the process.

Our replacement policy covers a portion of the cost if the stolen ring request is made within four years of the original ship date. Within that four-year window, you’ll only need to cover part of the replacement cost. After four years, replacements may be subject to the full cost.

When your request is approved, we’ll work with you to recreate your championship ring as closely as possible. From the details in the design to the craftsmanship in the finish, our goal is to deliver a replacement that honors your original achievement and feels just as meaningful.
