How do I determine my ring size?

We suggest having your finger professionally sized by a Southern Recognition, Inc. team member or a trusted jeweler.

How long does it take to manufacture my custom ring?

The manufacturing and production of custom jewelry typically take 12-14 weeks for individual and team orders. This timeline begins once the complete order has been received, reviewed, and approved. Please note that selected customization options may affect the production time. Delivery timelines may also vary depending on the programs chosen by your school, team, or organization.

Is it possible to resize my ring?

A) Your ring was crafted to your specifications for daily wear. Factors like weather and physical activity can temporarily affect your finger size, so we recommend wearing your ring for a while before deciding on a size adjustment. If resizing is still needed, we’ll be happy to assist. Please reach out to us at Support@SouthernRecognition.com.

 

B) Once we receive your ring, the warranty resizing process typically takes 2-8 weeks. Our manufacturing team will assess the ring and determine the best approach to ensure a perfect fit.

This comprehensive warranty ensures your product is protected against materials and manufacturing defects, including issues with the metal, stone, finish, and sizing. Additionally, we offer free replacement of damaged simulated birthstones. (Please note that genuine stones, custom-cut stones, and diamonds are not covered under this policy.)
