As the Miami Dolphins celebrate 60 years of history, excellence, and impact on the game, Southern Recognition was honored to help commemorate that legacy with a custom 60th Anniversary Challenge Coin created for those who helped define it.
Delivered by our sales representative and former professional linebacker Ilia Jarostchuk, the challenge coin was presented to several Dolphins legends whose careers helped shape one of the most storied franchises in NFL history. Each presentation was a reminder that championships, records, and defining moments are built by people who leave a lasting mark on the game.
Meeting the Legends
Among the recipients were Hall of Fame running back Larry Csonka and legendary safety Dick Anderson, two players whose names are forever tied to Dolphins history.
Larry Csonka is best known as the power back who helped lead the Dolphins to their historic perfect season in 1972. A two-time Super Bowl champion and Super Bowl MVP, Csonka embodied toughness, leadership, and consistency during an era that defined Miami football.
Dick Anderson, a cornerstone of the Dolphins defense during that same dominant era, was a three-time Pro Bowler and one of the most respected defensive backs of his generation. Known for his instincts and football IQ, Anderson played a critical role in Miami’s early championship success.
